What to buy before your Magical trip to Disney & a Free Packing List

 

It’s no secret that your trip to Disney can be, well let’s just say it, expensive. If it wasn’t we wouldn’t all be sharing our tips and tricks to a budget friendly Disney vacation or secrets to Disney discounts. With that there are ways to save money before you even step foot in the parks.

 




 

What to Pack?

Here is my list of a few things to buy before your Disney vacation – trust me- you will save money buying these items beforehand as Disney and other parks count on you forgetting them (see a $ sign – that means you can buy it for a $1 at the Dollar Store!!).

 

• Hand Sanitizer - $ - you are in a park with thousands of other people, need I say more.


• Chapstick - $ -


• Baby Wipes - $ - perfect for the quick spills, face washes and freshening up as you push on in the park.


• Glow Sticks - $ - the parade isn’t the only place you will need these sticks – they also make the pool pretty fun in the evenings.


• Snacks - $ - snacks, snacks and more snacks!


• Disposal Waterproof Camera


• Flip Flops


• Sun Block - $ -


• Water Bottle - $ -


• Blister Band-Aids, Chaffing Cream & Baby Powder - $ – You will more than likely be walking miles a day, need I say anymore.


• Laundry Pods & Quarters


• A Designated Laundry Bag - $ -


• Small Autograph Book w/ a Pen Tied to it - $ -


• Thank You cards - $ - your housekeeping crewmembers will be thankful and might leave you a surprise.

As you can see planning and packing for Disney does not have to be overwhelming, in the end it will save you money! Just make your way through the list (your local Dollar Store is a great place to start), grab your other essentials and soon you will be on your way to saving money at Disney!
